You aren't moving as much, so your sweat doesn't evaporate as quickly.

You're probably just working out at a higher level of intensity when doing the static poses than you're used to with regular weights. This doesn't mean you can't have the same level of intensity from regular weight lifting, tho'. I've come from regular lifting sessions just drenched when it was particularly intense.

Aerobic excercise is another name for cardio....
except i think aerobic is more in a term of "lasting longer" excercises.

while cardio is just burning fat...by running, while aerobic could include sports

Both those are really the same thing but broader categories...

There is no such thing as "pre med school." Undergrads who are planning to go to medical school are "premed." Some universities have a premed track or even a premed major, which includes all the courses you should take to prepare yourself for med school. Most premed students, however, major in something like biology. Although frankly, you can be premed and major in anything at all - I had a friend at university who was premed and majored in history.

There is no such thing as "pre-med school". Pre-med is just a set of classes that you have to take. You can take these classes anywhere though and you take them while you are completing your undergrad degree.

Hiking. Take up nature photography and you'll have a good reason to take long hikes up mountains. Or take up a team sport, like volleyball or soccer. Or try bicycling. Lots of things you can try. Shoot, you can even start a dog-walking service and make money at the same time.

Try biking, power walking, dancing (maybe take some dancing classes), swimming, or get a gym membership. I signed up at 24hrfitness.com to get email from them and they emailed me this special offer. One year for 200 dollars. It's normally 450 dollars I believe.
