      its funny how all these people say these type of workouts wont do shit when most of them never have done workouts, never will do workouts, and are completely out of shape. I am goin to try this and if my 4 pack turns into a 6 pack i will recommend this stuff to everyone.

      lol…an anatomy expert would smack you for saying “working the lower abs” there’s no such thing as just working lower abs.
      The abs contract EVENLY, it would be like holding a length of elastic at each end and trying to pull one end to make it stretch more than the opposite side.
